Paint Consultation We bring the paint chips and expertise, you can show us your inspiration, and together we will find the right color formula for your room. After paint is selected, sample boards are made and �auditioned� in your home so we can be sure to get the perfect look. ($125 per room)
Initial Real Estate Staging Consultation and Report With a complete walk-through and a comprehensive written report, you will be able to sell your home in less time for top dollar. ($125 � �Real Estate Enhancement� is recommended for a quick sale of the home!)
One Day Makeover or Real Estate Enhancement �To begin an Interior Redesign, we gather important information about you, your home, your lifestyle and desires for the room. Then, we�ll choose a day to transform your room. This can be done while you are at your job, running errands, shopping or just relaxing.� Once the redesign is completed, we�ll leave you with some tips and suggestions of items to enhance the room�s d�cor. We can arrange furnishings for redesign or staging and charge as a half day ($350) or whole day ($575)
DIY Design by Redesign Free consultation for a new look that is all yours! In the consultation we gather information about you and your desires for the room. You will then receive a bid for the DIY Design by Redesign, which will include a comprehensive plan and workbook suited to your budget, including floor plan, furniture purchase, paint color, art, and textile plan.� We also do �Copy-Cat� redesigns of a favorite room perhaps ripped out of the pages of a magazine or copied from a book! (The entire fee is set after initial free consultation and is based on scope of project and square footage.)
Art Placement To place Art in your home. ($75 per hour for one redesigner� some projects require two redesigners at $125 per hour.) |
